Afterglow is committed to helping survivors of trauma create goals for their own healing, and take power back into their own narrative.

We help by using various forms of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify maladaptive thoughts that may not reflect your own voice or intentions, and work to change those into thoughts that make you feel more in control.

In addition, for some forms of trauma, we also provide Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) which is a more structured form of therapy that will help you learn how to challenge and modify unhelpful beliefs related to the trauma.
