free consultations
We offer free 15 minute consultations to all potential new clients to identify needs and goals for therapy, to make sure our practice is a good match for you.

Remote Counseling Sessions
We currently practice solely through teletherapy, allowing you to access mental health services from the comfort of your own home or a safe, private space.

50-55 minute sessions
All of our sessions are 50-55 minutes in length. Starting out, you will be asked to meet with your therapist on a weekly basis, but sessions can be tailored to meet a frequency that works best for you.
