Afterglow Counseling was founded and lovingly named for all of us who are chasing light and radiance.
An afterglow occurs when some light is still visible in the sky after the sun has set. It is that small, but beautiful glow we see right before the sky turns dark and day turns to night.
For those who have experienced dark times and dark days, we believe that we can help you to find your afterglow, and inspire bright sunsets in days ahead.

free consultations
We offer free 15 minute consultations to all potential new clients to identify needs and goals for therapy, to make sure our practice is a good match for you.

Remote Counseling Sessions
We currently practice solely through teletherapy, allowing you to access mental health services from the comfort of your own home or a safe, private space.

50 minute sessions
All of our sessions are 50 minutes in length. Starting out, you will be asked to meet with your therapist on a weekly basis, but sessions can be tailored to meet a frequency that works best for you.
